Terms & Conditions of Payment:

• CHECK-IN: After 15:00 and Before 20:00.
• CHECK-OUT: By 12:00.
• Reservation deposit: 40% of total amount for the property (down to book).
• Balance Payment: 60% of total amount for the property (due 60 days before arrival).
• Security Deposit: 25% of total amount for the property (due 20 days before arrival). Τhe security deposit will be returned the day of the departure.
• Early check in or late check-out, charged at 5 euros per hour.
